Forth & Final Football Equipment Return Date

Coaches and Players:
 
The fourth and FINAL equipment return will be Tuesday 12/2 from 6-8pm at the shed.
 
All helmets should be free of stickers and marks. Use Goof-Off, Magic Erase, or car wax. Please do not use kitchen cleanser.
 
All chinstraps should be cleaned as well and attached to the helmets.

Cheer & Pom Uniform Return

Cary Jr. Trojans Cheer & Poms Uniform return has been scheduled for the following dates:

  • Tuesday, December 2nd from 5:30-7:00pm
  • Thursday, December 4th from 5:30-7:00pm

Please join us at the Cary Jr. High Concession Stand Room on either night with the 3 pieces of your daughter's uniform.  The bow, socks and shoes are yours to keep. When you are preparing the uniform please remember the following:
 
Uniform should be CLEAN - The uniforms are machine washable, wash separately from other items, in COLD WATER, on gentle cycle. DO NOT use bleach.

Uniform should be DRY - LINE or LAY FLAT TO DRY, DO NOT PLACE IN DRYER!

  • If the uniform is not returned on the designated return dates, a $5.00 fee will be charged and is to be paid in cash when the uniform is returned. This fee is non-negotiable.
  • If the uniform is not clean when returned a $10.00 cleaning fee will be assessed. This fee is to be paid in cash at the time of uniform drop off and is non-negotiable.
  • If the uniform is not returned or is damaged and unusable for the following year, you will be charged the replacement cost of: UNIFORM SET: $175.00

On behalf of the CJTYFL Fundraising Team and CJTYFL Camera & Video Crew,

I would like to thank you for your patience while we create each team's DVD.  Some teams have received their DVDs already and each of those teams has been extremely pleased with their purchase.  I would like to invite those that ordered their DVDs, or even those that would like to purchase one, to pick them up on one of the following dates at the Cary Jr. High "Press Box" - you know.. The room above the concession stands at the football field:

    Thursday, December 11th & Tuesday, December 16th from 5:30-9:00pm

Coaches...  please continue to check your "coach emails" as we will contact you if your DVDs are ready earlier than those dates above.

Welcome Fans!  This is the CJTYFL Official Website for the Cary Junior Trojans Youth Football League (CJTYFL).  This year is the 10th Anniversary of the CJTYFL Program which was started in 1988 by Dave Wescott.  Since 1988 the CJTYFL has provided the youth of the Cary Community a forum to learn the fundamentals of football / poms / cheerleading, good sportsmanship, and team play.  We hope you enjoy this site and welcome your feedback; webadmin@cjtyfl.com.

Volunteers Needed

The Cary Junior Trojans is a large program run by an elected board of directors and are parents just like you.  Each of them, along with many other volunteers, have contributed to make the Cary Junior Trojans Program what it is today.  To ensure the program continues to grow, remain one of the top programs in the state, and most of all, remain fun for the kids we need your help.

Come join us at our regularly scheduled meetings to find out more. These meetings take place in the meeting room above the CJT Consession Stand on the last Tuesday of every month at 8pm. You could also contact the CJTYFL President (president@cjtyfl.com)  to inquire about help that is needed.

What kind of help do we need? All kinds of help... We need coaches (flag, tackle, cheer, and poms), field marshalls, equipment managers, registration helpers, field strippers, consession helpers, and much more...

We hope to see you there and welcome the assistance that you can give.
